I have the same problem, and unable to resolve it. Yet, I was able to sign in here to reply. Getting really tired of all this jumping through hoops to get anything done! I get that they are making it more secure, but you'd think a company like Microsoft could get their act together.
I understand how frustrating it is to be locked out of your account and you have come across this "too many requests" error. Based on your description, it is possible that someone is constantly accessing your account, triggering Microsoft's security bot protection and locking you out.

However, draft emails do not forward back to the "classic" version. I spent hours on a draft email this past week and now gone! They said not possible to retrieve from the "new outlook" anymore. Absolutely ridiculous to do this with pelo warning!
I have tried numerous times to fix the Yahoo app. Even if I succeed, within a very short time, it disconnects again. I admit I lack the expertise to find other ways to enable the Yahoo account on New Outlook permanently.

She is painted with lots of details and sealed with a matting powder. Her mouth is open and she can take a pacifier and bottle. Her hair and eye lashes are rooted but does come out very easy when brushed. There’s pelo way to glue it in.
